I tried erasing them, but would have to erase a massive chunk of the drawing before the bleeding black would completely go away. I messed around for a bit and discovered there were these hidden black pixels scattered across the black outline of the character’s belt, and these pixels would be stubborn to erase or draw over. I have no clue how this happened, but while I was working on a drawing for a character, I came to his belt/waistline with the blur tool I was using to smooth out some details, and suddenly these God-awful black pixels start bleeding across the drawing.
